THE RULES OF THE UNITED STATES GOLF ASSOCIATION GOVERN PLAY.  All references to the Rules of Golf and Appendix I can be found in the 2012 - 2015 Rules of Golf.
ALL JUSTGOLF LOCAL RULES ARE IN EFFECT.
FORMAT: 18-hole Individual Stroke Play.
PRIZES: Gross prizes awarded by flight; Net prizes awarded for overall net finish, irrespective of flight. Trophy awarded to Women’s, Men’s, and Men’s Senior champions.
SLOPE AND RATING: Red: 71.3/123; White: 70.5/128; Gold (senior): 67.4/120.
YARDAGE: Red: 5,345; White: 6,242; Gold: 5,583
YARDAGE MARKERS: Vertical posts in the center of the fairway are measured to the center of the green: Red=100, White=150, Blue=200
HOLE LOCATION: Chart on cart.
CELL PHONES: Use prohibited except for emergencies. Silence phones.
CADDIES: No caddies are permitted.
OBSTRUCTIONS: All cart paths are immovable obstructions and relief may be taken in accordance with Rule 24-2b (stance plus 1 club-length at nearest point of relief, no closer to hole).
STONES IN BUNKERS: Movable obstructions; they may be removed if they interfere with your swing (Appendix I, Part B, Local Rule #5).
OUT OF BOUNDS: Defined by white stakes and fences. See Rule 27. No free relief from OB stakes.
GROUND UNDER REPAIR: If your ball is on your own fairway in an area you feel should have been marked as GUR, with the approval of your fellow competitors you may treat such an area as GUR (no penalty, drop within one club-length at nearest point of relief no closer to hole).
PLAY THE BALL DOWN EVERYWHERE: If conditions warrant preferred lies, the starter will let you know.
LOST BALL: You are only permitted to search for a lost ball for 5 minutes. Once 5 minutes have passed, you must add a 1-stroke penalty to your score and hit a ball from the spot where you hit your previous shot. If your ball is found after the 5-minute time allowed for search has expired, you may not play that ball – it is a lost ball.
WATER IN BUNKER: There is no relief for a ball lying on wet sand. If the ball is lying in water in a hazard, you may drop the ball in the hazard at the nearest point of relief that is no closer to the hole – no penalty. If there is no place to drop the ball that would not be closer to the hole, and you have to take the ball out of the hazard, you may drop it behind the hazard on the line-of-sight to the hole (one-stroke penalty), or hit again from where you played your original shot (one-stroke penalty).
SCORECARDS: Must be returned in person to the tournament director immediately following conclusion of the round.  To avoid possible penalty, players should remain in the designated scoring area until the official has accepted their card.
PLAY-OFF: There will be a play-off at the conclusion of play for ties for the women’s, men’s, and men’s senior champions. Remain at the scorer’s table until it is known whether you will be competing in a play-off.

Initial the registrar’s sheet to confirm that you have read and understood the rules.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Course fee: $25 - pay at pro shop
Practice area: Putting green. Chipping area. No driving range.
Check-in: Please pay the $25 course fee when you arrive. Proceed to the registration table 15 minutes before your tee time.
Course care:  Please repair ball marks and rake traps. Replace divots if large; otherwise use divot mix on cart.
Rakes: Place OUTSIDE bunkers. Please rake bunkers carefully.
Carts: Cart path only on all Par 3’s.
Distance measuring devices that measure distance only are permitted. The penalty for taking devices onto the course that measure other conditions (wind, gradient, etc.), regardless of whether those functions are used, is disqualification (Rule 14-3).
Pace of play: 15 minutes per hole.
Do not post your scores. They will be posted by the tournament director.

The competitor should verify the score after each hole and settle any doubtful points with the tournament director prior to signing the scorecard.

COURSE INFORMATION
• Hit a provisional for any ball that may be lost outside a water hazard or out of bounds.

#4: Appendix I, Part B, Local Rule #1 in effect: If there is doubt whether the ball is in or is lost in the water hazard, you may play a provisional ball under any of the relief options for a ball in a water hazard (drop behind the hazard on line of sight to the hole or hit again from tee (26-1):
(1) If the original ball is found outside the water hazard, you must abandon the provisional and continue play with the original.
(2) If the original ball is found in the hazard, you have two choices: play the original as it lies, or continue play with the provisional.
(3) If the original is not found within five minutes, you must continue play with the provisional ball.
