• Town & Country – Monday, August 27
The format will be Mixed Better Ball. Each team will consist
of one man and one woman. If you need a partner, mail your application as a
single and we will try to find you a partner. (We have a 100% success rate
finding partners this year!) Prizes will be awarded for both Gross and Net. Men receive 90% Course Handicap®; women receive 95% Course Handicap. Applications will be posted soon.
• Running Deer – Monday, September 17
The men’s format will be Better Ball, as previously
announced. Players receive 90% Course Handicap.
The women’s format will be a Two-Woman Better Ball Shamble.
Shamble: Both
women will hit a tee shot on each hole. The team will choose the better drive.
Both players will complete the hole from that spot, each playing her own ball. Each
team is required to use at least seven drives from each player. There will be
two scores for each hole. Only the better score on each hole will count. Prizes
will be awarded for both Gross and Net. Players receive 100% Course Handicap.
